Black Cohosh is a herb that helps with irregular monthly cycles, menopause, vaginal dryness, hot flashes, tinnitus, vertigo, sleep disturbances, nervousness, and irritability, and infertility in women. its side effects are tend mild but are:

upset stomach, cramping, headache, rash, vaginal spotting or bleeding, and weight gain. 

***I would only use black cohosh for to remedy my issue, then put it up till I need it again.
